I called this clinic sobbing because my dog was hurt and needed urgent care, and I was flatly refused because our “relationship had been terminated.” This was over a prior visit where an ear cleaning with ear hair plucking cost the same as my groomer charges (and he’s a doodle) for a full groom, and I said I felt overcharged. I loved my experience here. I felt welcomed, taken care of and as if my dog would be cared for well. Which he was. The staff are professional, provide clarity and answered all my questions. I’d like to especially highlight Mia Rivers nice who provided my dog with exceptional care and set me at ease every step of the way during my visit. I brought my 11-year-oldFrench bulldog in for a gastrotomy, and after receiving absolutely outrageous quotes from other clinics, Santa Monica Vet Group was not only reasonably priced, but compassionate, honest, and transparent every step of the way.
