Sm vet group gave surgery to remove a small tumor for our dog. He was good after a few weeks and we appreciated the follow up exams they gave to make sure he was ok after the surgery
I am an extremely busy person but I would be remiss in not taking a moment to celebrate the outstanding experience I had with Santa Monica Veterinary Group last night. I can highly recommend Dr Chris Berg, who is attentive, thoughtful and spends time explaining what to do best. His approach saved my cat (while other clinics suggested insanely priced procedures).
I don't normally write reviews, but I am furious at the way this veterinary office handled what turned out to be a medical emergency. My puppy was feeling ill on the weekend and I took her there first thing Sunday morning. She was seen quickly and they discovered she has a high fever. They went on to do the normal tests, which were EXTREMELY expensive. While this is not uncommon for vets, they charged me even more than an emergency animal hospital has in the past.
