Very dispointed that i was charged 2hrs for 30 min worth of work at 350.00 bucks i will never call these guys again. Find somemone whos not trying to rip you off like them. The guy was ready to to charge me 290 for a 174.00 strap to hold the tank 30 min worth of work eneded up charging me 602.00 extremely over charged me look another way. Now I understand why the shop at the flying j on exit 102 i-85N in south carolina only allows them to come and work at the truck stop they take a cut and charge you for it. I didn't catch the name of the tow driver who was sweet enough to give me a few to get my Uber settled on yesterday. I really appreciate his support and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure I was ok before towing the truck! My overall experience with this business was well pleasing. I highly recommend their services! 🫶
Had to deal with this company from an incident off the road, spoke with dispatch who forwarded me to David who answered the phone on vacation and handled the matter in a professional way, put me in contact with the general manager Jodi who handled the matter on a Sunday, both went above and beyond in my book to get me taken care of and ensure the solution was meaningful for both parties.
