So glad I found this place. Bought the bike without viewing for a fair price which was delivered in the deal after a service/mot and am very pleased. I later visited Jim and the team and didn't think that this type of dealership existed anymore - old school and very personable
I would rate Jones & Alcock Ltd as excellent. For the first time in over 51 years of motorcycle ownership I bought a used motorcycle without seeing it. Said bike is a 24 year old Yamaha FZS600, which was described as low mileage and excellent condition, after asking all the questions I thought necessary, I bought it (a credit card payment was accepted, which is another first for any vehicle I've ever bought, as normally dealers don't permit this type of payment.) After finding a puncture in my back tire and spending several hours finding a garage who could get me in asap which does tires and also open on a Monday, This garage came to me rescue which was great as I didn't even know they were still open after realising it had just relocated around the corner, dropped the bike off Monday and tire was ordered and fitted by Tuesday afternoon even lubed up any dry parts on my back wheel and stayed open a little bit later for me to pick the bike up due to me working,excellent service and de... read more
To you, dear reader of this review for Jones & Allcock Royal Enfield in Stafford, I say this.. NEVER BUY A MOTORCYCLE FROM HERE!! My reason for giving this establishment a 1 star review is that Jim Wilson, the proprietor of Jones & Allcock, who took on a warranty repair to my 2021 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, had the bike on 3 seperate occasions to rectify a TPS fault.
