We had our first meeting a month ago with Josh. My wife and I left feeling pretty excited and even pushed the follow-up appointment out to ensure we would be able to meet with Josh again. Went in today for our second appointment only to find out that we had been cancelled because we failed to return a phone call and he just didn't feel like we were a good fit.
