In the 1980's the lot rent was $70 and maintenance wld fix anything. Now the lot rent alone is equal too that of a one room apartment and good luck getting any help from maintenance. Idk who the new owners are but idt they know this is a single wide trailer park and not prestein apartments in North Macon

Owner of this mhp does NOT listen to anyone as to what is going in there. The maintenence/owner man lies to get ppl evicted bc they are to SORRY too actually do their jobs. So pray no one stops by to see you (invited or not) bc you could be evicted for it. I WILL discourage anyone from moving there is turned into trash.
