Had a nice phone call with Matt Jones and arranged for a inspection and seasonal servicing of the HVAC system at a house we were buying. He said it would cost $120-240 for the call to cover the main system and two window units. After the call, I wrote this to Matt: 1. You estimated the inspection and cleaning of the main heat/AC unit and two window units at $120, maybe $240. Instead, I paid $510. 2. Your technicians lied about their arrival time.
