Dr. Samuel literally saved my life. Cannot recommend her enough
Had my first appointment with Dr. Samuel after leaving my old OBGYN. As a disabled person with lots of experience with terrible doctors, I'm always a bit nervous seeing someone new. Dr. Samuel immediately put me at ease. I'm very persistent and knowledgeable about my health, which other doctors don't tend to appreciate. She listens and communicates in a way that isn't patronizing (that is my biggest pet peeve) and doesn't fuss when I ask for certain tests or to chat about prescriptions. Only gave it 1 star because I couldn’t give them ZERO. Office is completely unprofessional. I showed up for my first appt, which was an emergency for me, but I had waited a week for, and they told me the NP had an emergency and tried to reschedule me for another week. They wouldn’t even make any effort to see me after I told them it was an emergency and waiting longer could mean my funeral.
