My endocrinologist retired back in May. My referral wasn't appropriately handled. Not scheduled to see this Dr until Jan. My meds are out of refills and I called all week to see what could be done. No one has called me back. Today I called scheduling because I knew I could talk to someone. I was transferred to a nurse and I received a whole "story" as to why no one has called me back. Healthcare is ridiculous! None of these events are my fault and they want my PCP to take over script until Jan. Yet no one could call me back ... read more
Dr. Liam has been my endocrinologist for some years now. If you are looking for a well above average specialist, she is the one. This woman is AMAZING! She will listen to your issues and concerns, take the time needed to attend to your needs, communicate with you in a way for you to understand your results with your health issues.... She is very thorough. Five stars all the way!
