Not good at all. My hair looks bad. I was supposed to have a a trim and he chopped my hair off. I was supposed to have an appt with the owner and I was canceled one week prior to my appt (waiting for one month)… I seen the person cut her hair cut with the owner and her hair was perfect afterwards. My hair looks like a bad 90’s style. Thank God I have extensions at home.
I have been going to Joncen Phi for a while. I take my kids there. My mom goes. All of the stylists are great. You really can't go wrong with any of them. I highly recommend this place. We wouldn't go anywhere else. BUT, today, I got a cut with the master himself! Very, very cool experience! 10/10 recommend!
Hairstylist, Reign of Joncen Phi, is the perfect person to help you at the end of a busy day. I found this salon to be professional, clean and friendly. Each person who has assisted me in the past 6 months have been talented and kind. The shampoo blow out is exceptional. I love it so much I’ve brought family.
I've been coming to this salon for years now. The entire staff acts in a very professional manner, the salon is clean and they use top quality products. Reign is my stylist. She is very thorough and has done a great job with my color and cuts. She tells me what my hair needs or doesn't need. I totally trust her judgment. I highly recommend Reign and Joncen Phi.
Jonsen Phi Salon, I found your website on Internet. Your website looked professional compared to other salons and I decided to schedule an appointment. I needed highlights and a haircut. I attempted to book an appointment on your website. However, under the section for color, you had like 13 options listed such as double process global, full designer foiling, full designer baby lights etc. I had no idea what this terminology meant and what I needed.
