Very professional and easy to talk to.
My husband and I took my daughter there every 2 weeks for about 2-3 months until November 19th. We have been waiting since then until currently still waiting, for her paperwork. He told us a few weeks. I did not think that was 2 months. We called and then her doctor called and it was supposed to be faxed over a week ago. Still waiting. Very upset
