Very friendly staff. Quick response. Everyone is professional. Will recommend to my friends.
I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this clinic. After being a high-spending client, I was met with extreme disrespect from a staff member who ultimately hung up on me. When I attempted to resolve this with management and the doctor, they dismissed my concerns, citing the employee’s 15-year tenure as an excuse for her behavior. My dog had an emergency & they wasted no time getting her in between patients for Dr. Jon to examine her. He is kind & thorough & talked to us about options. His staff is excellent. They are caring & graciously helped carry her back & forth from my car. The even called me afterwards to personally check on her progress. I would wholly recommend Oceanside Veterinary Hospital to anyone Their efficiency & caring meant everything to me. I have been using their services for a number of years & they always take good care of me.

All of the veterinarians here are super kind and never push unnecessary products or procedures. They have helped both of my senior dogs tremendously!
