Love Dr.John, he is honest and gives all alternatives to treat our pet.
We had such a great experience bringing our French bulldog in for his first wellness visit! The entire staff was so caring, patient, and respectful. Our pup is pretty shy when it comes time for vet appointments, but they made him feel comfortable right away and handled him so gently. We also really appreciated how transparent they were with pricing — they provided a full list of costs before anything was done, and we never felt pressured into extra services or treatments. People were very nice, accommodating, very thorough in their examinations of our pets. Helpful in explaining the diagnosis and treatment. When medication was required actually told us were we could go if we wanted to pay a cheaper price for the medication. Found it was actually better to buy from them as other options required a greater time commitment, unless you were going that way already.
My cat vas very ill and everyone from the front desk, to the nurse Kayla, to Dr. John Doherty were just as wonderful as they could be. I felt I was offered just the right amount of services to be able to feel we all did what we could for little Selkie, my cat. They are definitely my new cat carers for my other cat Phoebe and Selkie’s palliative care. A big thank you for the sweet warm confort.
