Dr. Rubin is the best vascular surgeon on Long Island! He saved my mom’s foot twice. He is caring and attentive and very thorough in his assessments and treatment. He operated on my mom’s leg for 12 hours. We are very grateful that we crossed paths with Dr. Rubin. . He is truly a God send

Useless dr . Just checked my pulse and assumed cause im 40 and in shape that nothing is wrong . Assumes inly old people have issues
