He did a fantastic job on my ring it’s perfect! We used my grandmas ring and had him replace the diamond and size it up a little bit. Its seamless and is so beautiful!
John is an outstanding gentleman who runs his business fairly and with the upmost honesty and integrity. I had a ring that was bent out of shape, and within 5 minutes it was fixed! He even pushed back his closing time to make sure I could bring in my jewelry on time. If you have any jewelry that needs to be fixed or bought, I highly recommend supporting this great business and man. My experience was completely satisfactory, and I will be going back to support his business in the future.
I took my wife's wedding ring set to Jonathan's to be resized and also to purchase a matching diamond and ruby band to be made. A few days after I ordered the work, I lost my job. I contacted them to let them know I couldn't afford the new ring. They worked with me to not only afford the work to the ring, but also to afford the new ring. I will never go anywhere else for jewelry , this is the very best customer service I have ever received.
