I think it is unfair to give Dr Potack a 1 star for staff. That should have been left for Westmed Medical Group. Dr. Potack is a fantastic doctor. He has a great bedside manor, he answered all my questions, didn't rush me, and was very reassuring. In my experiences the receptionists were very kind and helpful.
One star for his staff. Not for him. I made an appt to coincide with my lunch time because of severe stomach pain. I went there and was told there was no appt in my name and the doctor was at the hospital anyway. No one asked if I wanted to see another doctor or offered any help to my painful condition. As I was leaving the receptionist called me back to tell me there was an unpaid bill and put me on phone with blue cross. I was told they had denied my payment and would need to update my home address to remedy this. I moved ... read more
