Extremely unprofessional! Raised his voice and hung up on me while I was asking him a question. After paying my co-pay AND returning the "check up" call, he assured me that he couldn't talk to me because he had more important patients to see.
He is a very intelligent doctor. He has good manners listens to your problems and does good to figure out what is the best treatment for you. I would recommend him to anybody.
Dr Yates is a very good caring Dr he not in it for the money .he cares about is people .
