OK here's the deal: LRA recommended resound hearing aids. They sent the hearing aids in for battery change (a whopping 350 after paying 3000 for the damn things). I didn't have them that long, had to get another one in the mean time because I lost one. Now resound wants to charge me for another hearing aid. Find another audiologist.

Three years ago I purchased my hearing aids. They have worked exceptionally well. I have had two routine maintenance appointments which were quick, effective and pleasant. Overall, I have been very satisfied with my interactions with Dr. Wilson.
I purchased Hearing Aids 1 year ago. I paid over $5,500.00 for top of the line Resound Hearing Aids as recommended by Dr. Wilson. Dr. Wilson set my hearing aids at a level below his recommended prescription. He told me his reasoning for this was to give me a time to adjust to the hearing aids. I returned for a follow up hearing test on September 16, 2019. Dr. Wilson recommended raising the hearing curve to his prescribed level and I was told there would be a reprograming fee of $300.00 to $500.00. This is a RIP OFF!!!! I was... read more
What a great experience! I was visiting the area from out of state when my hearing aid suddenly stopped working. Someone called Dr Wilson's office for me and the staff got me in immediately. Within a short time, Dr Wilson was able to repair my hearing aid. Both he and his staff were so kind and friendly.
