This was my first time at the doctors in years. My wife found them and booked it. The check-in process was smooth, but upon arrival, I only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room and went through the screening quick with the PA. The issue was the wait for Dr. Soto. I was in the room for 30 minutes. No apologies, no formal greetings or small talk. Honestly, the entire experience was not amazing. I like Dr Soto and referring my son and son-in-law to him.
I’ve been using Dr. Soto for a little over 3 years. He is a very caring Dr. He sits down and listen & explains things in detail. His nurse Emely is also concerned, pleasant and professional.
Dr. Soto and his staff were amazing! They got me in on time and were very efficient. Hands down, the best care I have ever received from a family practitioner.
