Dr. Soto is the best doctor I've ever had. Truly cares about his patients.
This was my first time at the doctors in years. My wife found them and booked it. The check-in process was smooth, but upon arrival, I only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room and went through the screening quick with the PA. The issue was the wait for Dr. Soto. I was in the room for 30 minutes. No apologies, no formal greetings or small talk. Honestly, the entire experience was not amazing.
