The one good say about Dr. Koop is he was somewhat friendly, however he was extremely dismissive of some very concerning symptoms I was having, even after fighting tooth and nail to have labs done, which came back abnormal. 5 days after getting my abnormal lab results and 2 times reaching out to the office, I finally received a message on mychart that Dr Koop wasn't concerned, no explanation, next steps, or even acknowledgement of the multiple abnormal lab results. I’ve had 2 pregnancies back to back within the past 2 years and Dr Koop was the only OB who I felt like genuinely cared and who didn’t mind to answer my million questions lol. He delivered both my girls and makes sure you’re comfortable and will explain everything to you throughly whether that be during pregnancy or the postpartum stage. Great doctor!
