Friendly staff and make you feel welcome and caring
My 3 dogs have been seeing veterinarians at Veterinary Healthcare Center for over 10 years. I have called to speak with management TWICE and have not received a call back to this day when the receptionist supposedly said she noted an urgent call back. To say the quality of healthcare for my dogs have declined is an understatement. Since Dr. Beltran has sold his practice, this place is in the business to SELL PRESCRIPTION DRUGS! This used to be a great Veterinarian to take your dog to. Now they changed their policies about walk in service. Now they want us to drop off the dog leave a $300 deposit and wait on a phone call. New management policies just took the heart out of it. If your Dog is sick you don’t want to just leave them there all alone without a familiar face to give them comfort!!! We won’t be taking our pets there anymore!!! Corporate Greed!!!
