Wasted two hours of my life just for the vet to spend 2 minutes with my cat and claim that she was healthy. He then proceeded to provide a Google AI summary of things I can try to help my cat. What a joke!
Every single time, they make you wait over an hour. I see the staff just chatting with each other holding my dog’s file and make me wait 7 minutes while they chat about unrelated things until they finally call my dog’s name. It’s getting more and more ridiculous each time and I have been coming here for years. What’s the point of having appointment times when you are consistently over an hour late.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience in the hope that it encourages better communication between veterinarians and pet owners. My dog has a history of IBD and, more importantly, multiple previous intestinal obstructions caused by swallowing foreign objects. Took our baby cupcake for a second opinion regarding her KD, the staff was so nice from the moment we checked in. We saw Dr. Trujillo and I will forever be grateful for her compassionate service and guidance. I had been looking for a vet just like her.
