Excellent experience with Dr Velez and his virtual staff. He literally spent 50 minutes during our initial encounter conversing about my situation -- nonjudgemental, professional. He was in no rush at all! I have been seeing him for 1.5 years now.
My first appointment with Dr. Rivera was very good. He listened to my concerns, gave me helpful advise to manage my diabetes, and prescribed new medication. Unfortunately there was an insurance issue with the medication that required additional information from the doctor. My pharmacist, and I have contacted his office on numerous occasions over the past four weeks and my insurance company still has not received the information they require. The delay has left me worried, anxious, and frustrated and my A1C continues to rise.... read more
