Hired Jonathan Dunn for a custody case. When I hired him, I asked what the billable rate for his paralegal would be. He responded that his paralegal was a legal intern and typical paralegal work would not be billed. Not only did I not get paralegal rates but he had neither and billed at his rates for all work.
