Dr. Theo is an amazing specialist, he cares and knows what he is doing. 🙏🏽
I just had my first follow up appointment it was nice not having to wait to see doctor. The doctor spent time evaluating me but no final conclusion on my diagnosis. I can tell he is very rushed on a time schedule but still was very helpful asking many questions and patiencly waiting to hear my answers. I like the doctor and trust he will treat me as if I were family.
Can’t get return call or medical assistant to notify Dr Theo my Rx needs HIS override authorization to be called in so I can get this anti-nausea medication. I have called 4 times, twice providing them with the BCBS # to fix the problem and again today with No Progress. I’m very upset
