dr tam delivered my last two children. never had a problem. my children are healthy ages 17 and 14 now. BLESS'ED to have has him as a DR.
Dr. Tam is a very good OB. He always answered all of my questions. He made me feel comfortable when I was nervous about giving birth. He delivered my baby and I plan on going back to him for my next pregnancy as well. I will say that while his front desk staff is super friendly and helpful, they sometimes seem overwhelmed and could maybe use more help because they did make several mistakes like not putting me on the schedule when they said they did. Dr. Tam is an excellent doctor. His front staff is HORRIBLE. they scheduled your appointments and then changed the date without calling their patients. We take time off work, and I also have the appointment card that THEY WROTE. They tell me my appointment is not til Feb. 23, 2025 on a Sunday WTH. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL receptionist and is clueless.

Wow I should of read the reviews before wasting my time with this place. #1 I was rescheduled 3 times so I was very shocked when I was sitting in the room waiting and I heard the front desk woman trying to sneak people in for appointments and then telling other people that coming in wouldn't be fair to the patients... #2 My appointment was at 2pm and like always I came early and waiting patiently for them to open the door and once they did i was Not Greeted.
