Both time I came here it is fight and struggle. The initial, first, appointment lasted 3h. The follow-up, which I told there are only 3 ppl ahead, and again more than 1 hour wait. I think reception needs to stop lying and be honest, so randon people like us can plan their day, especially parents who have other obligations
