After rudely announcing that I was obese & offering no help with anything (which is why I switched to a D.O., expecting more); I finally found a true D.O. that helped with several of my health issues (not controlled by U.T.) .... weight, cholesterol & several other issues. Basically simple diet changes & suggestions that helped me get healthier. These were simple ideas that could have been passed on if he had cared.
