Dr. Butler treats my father with Parkinson, and is exceptional. He is always responding to requests and is available for concerns. Can not recommend enough.
Dr. Butler has been a tremendous help diagnosing my Cluster Headaches and treating them for several years now.. He's been a game changer! He's been very informative about treatment options and I'm very happy with my choices thus far! Highly recommended 5 stars to Dr Butler and an extra ⭐ for his staff!!
Been on hold for 20 minutes trying to schedule an appointment and nobody can even take the time to answer their phones. The lack of initiative to answer a phone is ridiculous and makes me severely questioned their ability to do their job correctly.
Saw this doc over a few years to discuss an ongoing issue that has was always whiling to order expensive tests for a never provide a diagnosis. His team was very unprofessional by hanging up on insurance for authorizations, and was exceptionally rude to me when I questioned costs for procedures. They refused to use alternative laboratories. Basically a money pit with no answers. They have patient advocacy that claims to help and will respond to your reviews but it’s just image.
