I had an appointment in late November. They could not find my test results (which were part of my referral), so I was promised a phone call after the appointment. That never happened. I circled back in January and offered to bring a printed out copy of my results. I was informed that they have my test results, and that I would receive a phone call in 2 weeks. Great Doctors... I’ve been a patient almost 20 Years.... could’ve get a Better Kidney Place in my Opinion... I’d recommend Dr Slater and his Associates straight away. I started with H.E. when he was on Stafford Street.
Did not let me finish a statement, did not review ultrasound results, after asking 3 times, instead showed me a 5 minute video. Kept stating he was a rental specialist, nothing else when asked about uric acid & gout. All those expensive test to tell me I had CKD, which I already knew.
