Jonathan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive as our broker. It was our first time dealing with him directly, as it was with his dad, Eduino, that we had our previous and also extremely good experiences in real estate dealings. Unprofessional in terms of responsiveness/value for others' time (as a seller's broker). After we provided a second increased registered offer for a property (as a buyer), we received instant acknowledgement( thank you message), however we got no response for another 2 hours. We followed up after 2 hours and got told that the seller had gone ahead with another buyer.
