I was so demoralized by this first visit, I left crying. Immediately, in office, I was pushed into the managed health care system by being pushed into multiple screenings that are not even remotely related to the chronic fatigue/autoimmune symptoms I have. I came prepared with a list of what I was experiencing, and what has been tested for, but instead of being able to talk about them, I was condescendingly chastised about the medication I am on to cope with the symptoms.
