Dr Shumway is great. And his nurses are fantastic
Dr. Shumway and his entire team are incredible. Everyone in the office is not only kind and professional, but also human. They listen, they care, and they make everything feel easier and less stressful. Dr. Shumway really takes the time to listen and you can tell he genuinely cares about your health and well-being. I was so demoralized by this first visit, I left crying. Immediately, in office, I was pushed into the managed health care system by being pushed into multiple screenings that are not even remotely related to the chronic fatigue/autoimmune symptoms I have. I came prepared with a list of what I was experiencing, and what has been tested for, but instead of being able to talk about them, I was condescendingly chastised about the medication I am on to cope with the symptoms.
