My appointment has been canceled for the third time, and the only solution offered to me was to reschedule yet again. The reason? The doctor is sick. The first time, of course, I can understand. But when this happens three times, I believe there needs to be a better system in place. A doctor’s health matters, but so does the health and time of their patients.
