Mr. Rudnick gave me advice and spoke with me for twenty minutes on the phone about my case. He did not take the case because the car cost too little money, but I appreciate the advice he gave me, including a car fax report.
Called Johns office about an issue I was having with a dealership, while I didn't wind up needing his services, he helped me understand the situation and provided good advice. The people working his office (Debbie) were delightful, professional, and made me feel cared for. While I might not be the best source, I would very happily reach out to John in the future if I needed anything in his line of work.
Although I did not ultimately require Jonathan Rudnick's services, this was only due to the exceptional assistance provided by Debbie during the intake. Her valuable guidance enabled me to initiate and resolve the manufacturer buyback process within 60 days of the incident.
