First, I find it difficult to understand how this doctor has received so many five-star reviews. I met with him only once, and that was more than enough. My impression was that his primary focus was writing a prescription rather than listening to or addressing my questions and concerns. When I did ask questions, he seemed defensive, as though his expertise was being challenged. His bedside manner left much to be desired, and I felt dismissed rather than cared for. This was our first visit with Dr. Jonathan Ruan, and we had such a wonderful experience. He was incredibly kind, patient, and caring—not only with me but also with my 7-year-old son. He made us both feel comfortable and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. We truly felt that he cared about his patients. We are so grateful for his compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Ruan to anyone looking for an excellent cardiologist.
