When I first began going to Dr. Ruan he seemed to be a good Doctor. The last few times I saw him in a different light. I had a big disagreement with him because he didn't like something I said and took it personally and thought I was insulting him as a cardiologist. Very seldom do you see a Doctor argue with a patient. He became a different person. He has all good reviews on here because his patients have not seen this side of him yet. Dr. Ruan was patient and made me feel that he was interested in my wellbeing. I am 87 yrs old and he was patient and informative. It was a very good experience.
Excellent. I spoke with him about my concerns and he addressed them immediately.
