Always happy with the results of my visit. Very informative & trustworthy.
When I first began going to Dr. Ruan he seemed to be a good Doctor. The last few times I saw him in a different light. I had a big disagreement with him because he didn't like something I said and took it personally and thought I was insulting him as a cardiologist. Very seldom do you see a Doctor argue with a patient. He became a different person. He has all good reviews on here because his patients have not seen this side of him yet.
