Quality person, gentleman
Extremely happy I went to Dr Ruan. I had a lot of anxieties about my blood pressure and heart health even though I am young and it's a good thing I went because he is extremely calming and knows his stuff. If you are in need of a cardiologist, go to Dr Ruan.
Very humble caring he makes sure to answer all our questions, and makes suggestions of we can care for ourselves
