purchased a home out of state for over $1.1M and relied on this agent to represent me throughout the process. Because I was not physically present, I trusted him heavily, especially for the final walkthrough. He agreed to conduct the final walkthrough and sent a quick, blurry video while I was traveling, assuring me everything was in good condition and ready to close. That was not accurate.
