We paid cash the day of surgery and the office staff then billed our insurance after even though we paid in full and requested not to go through insurance because they wouldn’t cover most of it. They committed insurance fraud and the billing staff is horrible to deal with. They are trying to double dip and won’t make it right. They are now giving us a balance to pay after. It was never supposed to be a partial payment or down payment. The amount they gave us was an upfront cash amount for the entire procedure which we paid.

I had a decent experience at this location regardless the 2.9 stars it has, the staff was very friendly so was the doctor. I decided to do the steroid shots on both wrists, one thing caught my attention. The doctors hands are VERY shaky, this made me quite nervous. I hope others are aware before considering this location.

Doctor Johnathan Sorrell is a literal godsend. He actually listened to me and believed my pain when no one else did. I have not been able to get the surgeries done for my carpal tunnel in both hands done yet because of all of my other health issues but I'm really looking forward to getting it done and know it will be done by the best hand specialist in Las Vegas. God bless you Dr. Sorrell and your team for the amazing work you do to heal injuries.
