I had a decent experience at this location regardless the 2.9 stars it has, the staff was very friendly so was the doctor. I decided to do the steroid shots on both wrists, one thing caught my attention. The doctors hands are VERY shaky, this made me quite nervous. I hope others are aware before considering this location.
Doctor Johnathan Sorrell is a literal godsend. He actually listened to me and believed my pain when no one else did. I have not been able to get the surgeries done for my carpal tunnel in both hands done yet because of all of my other health issues but I'm really looking forward to getting it done and know it will be done by the best hand specialist in Las Vegas. God bless you Dr. Sorrell and your team for the amazing work you do to heal injuries.
They charged my husband for things that he never got. Charged him 3 x-rays when he only got 1 x-ray done, they also charged him for some biopsy when he never got any biopsy done. We called the office three times for clarification and all we got was ‘ok we’ll make a note about it’ and I guess the doctor never cared enough about it. It’s very sketchy and they over charge, I don’t recommend this place.
