Quick and very reputable!!!
I am only rating his driving on the road... I was behind him and he abruptly stopped in a round about because he missed his turn and I about hit the back of his chipper. Not very professional in my opinion. He may do good work but i wouldn't get behind him again.
There was a misunderstanding about dumping some wood chips at our place and Jonathan and his crew came back, picked them all up and cleaned the area as if there had never been any piled there. They were very nice and apologized for the mixup. I will definitely recommend them for any of your tree care needs. Their professionalism when it came to accept the mistake and fix it was outstanding and you don't see that much anymore. Thank you Jonathan and Danyel Rich.
