Incompetent and Rude I was under Dr. Ralph's care through my entire pregnancy. When I was three months pregnant, he did the AFP blood test. He never discussed the result of this test with me. I always rushed to my visits with him. He didn't want me to ask him any questions. Even if I did one time, he said, "You need to stop reading books."
