After being an hour late to my appointment he had no interest in what I had to say, ignored most my questions and left after ten minutes. This was the most unprofessional disingenuous health care experience I have ever had.
He did an excellent job and he was very personable and I like the guy so I’m gonna let him do my colonoscopy.
Everyone was very nice. I think we could have done telehealth though because I drove 1.5 hours to talk for 5 minutes. Your office might benefit from telehealth!!
Dr. Horwitz and his staff were kind, accommodating and professional. They made a very intimate, personal procedure very easy and comfortable! Getting the report and discussing it with me immediately was comforting too!
