I spent almost 3 years forming a relationship with this doctor, which at times was difficult with his dry personality. When I became injured with my back/spine, I had many appointments discussing my pain and the tasks I could no longer perform etc, and advised the doctor that I was applying for disability. I was denied my disability case due to "lack of medical evidence/notes".
