It’s incredibly frustrating that I’ve had to call five times today—starting as early as noon—and each time, the answering service asked a series of questions and assured me someone would return my call within 30 minutes. They also advised me to call back if I didn’t hear anything. It’s now 10pm, and I still haven’t received a single response from the on-call healthcare provider. I was in the hospital and he became my doctor and within 15 minutes told me I needed a pacemaker and change my life. I feel fantastic ever since I got it.
