It’s incredibly frustrating that I’ve had to call five times today—starting as early as noon—and each time, the answering service asked a series of questions and assured me someone would return my call within 30 minutes. They also advised me to call back if I didn’t hear anything. It’s now 10pm, and I still haven’t received a single response from the on-call healthcare provider. I’m deeply saddened by this, especially for my mother, who was just discharged from the hospital earlier this week and is still waiting for answers.... read more
