I went to see Dr. Mou as a new patient and found him to be extremely caring and very informative. He actually took the time to listen and communicate. I now have new primary physician and could not be happier. He is a stand out.
I found Dr. Mou kind, attentive and very personable. He explained things in a precise, yet easy to understand way. By the way he asked me questions I was confident he cared about my concerns and had the expertise to address them!
Bad at communication and not timely
This is more for Virginia Mason Kirkland. Schedule annual check and normal blood test, but they sent me 2 bills. Called and they waived one but still sent me the second one. Contacted the insurance company and i was told they sent bill with not routine codes. Informed them but they send the bill to collection. What a joke practice.
