On 7-20-2026 -This staff after being a current patience and having a colonscopy 3 years prior tells me now that I am to heavy for him to perform and I need to seek out another GI who MIGHT be willing to do it. I was 70 lbs heavier 3 years ago when he did it the first time. Now his staff says sorry he won't be able to perform it and gives me some other name and says try them. SERIOUSLY? I have worked hard to lose 60 lbs to be told this..... will be making a formal complaint.
wonderful, helpful, specific, gets to the heart of the disease, very talkative but also listens, I am very happy and satisfied that I found such a good doctor, I recommend him 200%
Dr. Erlich’s office sent me a letter asking me to rate him on google “if I had a positive experience “. I’m happy to rate him but my experience was far from positive. He was unprofessional and unethical. He recommended I follow a special diet which he wrote the name of on the lower corner of a piece of paper he was writing on, tore off and handed to me and told me to look it up, providing no explanation about it. Dr. Jonathan Erlich is a great doctor. He listens carefully, is very professional, and makes you feel truly cared for. I appreciate his attention to detail and the time he takes to explain everything. Highly recommend!
