Worst experience ever!! I would give zero stars if I could. Doctor Lee and his staff treated me in a demeaning and condescending manner since I became their patient. Multiple times I have been treated like a nuisance. I have asked to get a translator because English is not my first language and the doctor always declined to do so, and insisted on speaking Spanish to me, even though he is not able to speak fluently and I could never understand him. Awesome doctor! Smart, empathetic, compassionate, responsive. I am so happy that he is now my PCP.
I think Dr Lee is knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good relationship with their Dr that is going to help their health in the long run.
If this is the same Jonathan Lee I just saw at urgent care, I would never recommend anyone see him for evaluation. He was disheveled, distracted, indifferent, the opposite of thorough. Looked many years older than his posted picture. Maybe it was a different Jonathan Lee, MD, but I doubt it.
