I saw him once because he was the only provider available that day. I had severe postpartum depression and anxiety, thoughts of self harm and SI. He bumped up my dose and said see you in 2 weeks. Did not even document I had thoughts of SI or self harm. Was never checked on in those 2 weeks, not referred anywhere. Luckily had my 2 week follow up with my normal provider and she was shocked to learn what had happened since it wasn’t documented or handled properly

Did not perform a physical though claimed he knew that he did because the office billed for it. He did not perform it and they did bill for it. Did not respond to why I was actually there which was to check for a possible urinary tract infection or kidney stone, etc.; instead he just complied with insurance company's planned scheduled events. No interest in patient's actual concern and got rude and demeaning. His office staff are also negligent -- did not provide the paperwork he left me going home with which was a nutrition... read more

This guy treats you like a number. Don't even dare show a inkling of frustration with his lack of engagement or enthusiasm to help you figure out what's going on or he'll get all bitchy about a perceived attitude.

I've been through a few doctors the past 2 years since moving back from England (I'm half British) and he is the best doctor I've come across. He listens, he explains things, doesn't act condescending like some docs. Other than my pediatrician when I was a kid, he is one of my favorite doctors Ive visited and I've made him my regular doctor. I seriously can't recommend him enough! Even if you have to drive to Strafford, you won't regret it. He has helped me a lot the past few months more than anyone in years Ive seen.

I love my people in this office. They are so kind and very thoughtful. I wouldn't want to be seen by any other. They all do a fabulous job. Thank you, Stratford Mercy.
