I've been through a few doctors the past 2 years since moving back from England (I'm half British) and he is the best doctor I've come across. He listens, he explains things, doesn't act condescending like some docs. Other than my pediatrician when I was a kid, he is one of my favorite doctors Ive visited and I've made him my regular doctor. I seriously can't recommend him enough! Even if you have to drive to Strafford, you won't regret it. He has helped me a lot the past few months more than anyone in years Ive seen.
I love my people in this office. They are so kind and very thoughtful. I wouldn't want to be seen by any other. They all do a fabulous job. Thank you, Stratford Mercy.
There is alot of issues with him. He will not listen or does he care about you or your issues. He refuses to help with anything other than telling you to " exercise " worst office experience ever . Go somewhere else stay away from him .
I took my 10 year old son in for his first visit as a new patient, he wanted a male doctor and we were excited to finally find one. We drove from Springfield and ran into a wreck on I44 which I was afraid would make us late, I called and asked if that was ok, and the receptionist told us no problem to head in. We actually checked in only 3 minutes late. After filling out paperwork and submitting his insurance we waited and they called me to the desk. I will not return. Although he was approachable sat and talked for a little bit I’m a new patient history. Quickly took my vitals and ran a battery of test Results. I get emails test results are in but have no way of understanding the results of the test. And I have not heard any follow up from anyone in that office regarding the results of my test After reading his notes through Mercy app, I wondered who he examined because the information on the notes were so thorough about me but he never preform a great majority of those... read more
