Doctor is good, but the incompetent office staff is the worst. Can't even enter insurance information correctly resulting in a billing error over $250!
I was looking for a new doctor for my child. Last pediatrician had extremely long wait times and I was very unhappy with the level of care they gave. Dr Jones seems to be what I am looking for to take care of my child's health. He genuinely seemed to care. Took time to chat with my child. I was in and out quickly. As with some doctors offices when you need to get seen quickly for an illness you sometimes have to book an appointment so far out.
