They are always good to my daughter and take good care of her!!
Dr. Lusardi is the best. I came in for a deviated septum. He talked my wife and I throughout the whole process, pre and post op. Truly awesome. I didn’t even bruise he did such a good job. The bad reviews on here come from the dysfunction of the outpatient clinic he works at. That’s not his fault at all. The practice manager is at fault for their long wait times and poor phone triage system.
Doc is probably great (he was when with a different practice) but can’t reach a person to speak with in this office even as a new patient trying to set up an appointment for weeks of daily attempts!! No one picks up their phones.. ever, and when they call back its one attempt and I am leading a meeting and can’t take the call! This doesn’t bode well for patient care when you really can’t reach anyone at the office even when you’re a new person trying to schedule an appointment.
Excellent doctor with great bedside manner.
