The front office lady with red hair is so mean over the phone she needs to be fired or take a class on compassionate communication with patients she is constantly unprofessional when speaking to my mother on the phone and when you see her in the office she gives you the fakest over done smile that clearly condescending because she knows how mean she was on the phone with you it’s terrible.
