Very unprofessional staff. Went there with my mom for her appointment at 12:16pm and was told that since she was 15 mins late they will see if Dr Silver will see her. Waited 45 mins without anyone informing me of anything. I asked again and another girl said she had sent a message to the doc and is waiting for his response. Waited another 30 mins and got up and asked again and was informed that my mother wasn’t even registered and we had to reschedule since the doc had to be at the OR, after waiting more than an hour! I seen dr silver today for the first time. I was greeted by friendly staff, taken on time and felt my concerns were addressed. I will be following up with him in 6 weeks.
Never got to see the doctor since he played "telephone" with me and someone in his office passing incomplete messages. I gave up, and canceled the appointment. There are better options. Problem is I am limping around with a torn meniscus in my knee and this doctor doesn't know because he never wanted to see me.
I got hurt and they took forever to give me an appointment I couldn't just sit and wait I went to physical therapy when I saw this doctor 3 weeks later he was upset because I went to PT before seeing him I'm very sure I don't need surgery and he's upset because I got away...lol I've had several injuries to know when something is not serious but they try to rush you into surgery because at the moment you're scared and confused give it time go to PT and then see if you need to see a surgeon
This place and Doctor lacks professionalism. My appointment was for 10:45, I arrived at 10:30 . It’s 12:38 and I have yet to meet with him. I wouldn’t recommend him or this place to my worst enemy. I give him and NYU Ambulatory Zero stars.
