We were selling a property that we did not live near so we needed an agent in the area who would be available for any reason...SO GLAD WE CHOSE JONATHAN!! Within a week of getting our home listed the neighbor's tree fell onto our property after a storm. Jonathan Hoo is amazing!!! After a relative passed away I had to deal with selling her house. Jonathan made it seamless. I live 6 hours away and he took care of some things I wasn't able to do since I was so far away. We had a full list price offer within 2-3 days of listing. And closed in under a month. You will not be disappointed with Jonathan.

Jonathan is not only the most professional man, he’s also just a great one in general. I loved working with him. He found what I needed by showing plenty of things I’d like, and we found the one. He was prompt, communicated incredibly well, and never let me feel an ounce of doubt during the process. He even orchestrated a Star Wars themed closing for me. I hope we stay friends well after I’ve broken in the new home. Cant recommend him enough!
